This look is inspired by Nicole Kidman's character, Satine, in the movie Moulin Rouge- specifically the "Sparkling Diamonds" number. I absolutely LOVE the burlesque style and the costumes are stunning in this movie. I have done this look more than once, as this was my halloween costume for a costume party a few years ago. It is a blast!!! It also makes a great vampire costume and ring leader costume. Just some ideas! Enjoy!
